The Working Group on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion promotes the generation of inclusive, diverse and equitable research knowledge and research environments across all SOMMa centres and units. It provides a collaborative space where members share evidence, experiences and good practices, develop common approaches and foster institutional learning to address structural barriers and strengthen equality, diversity and inclusion within the alliance and the wider research community.
Through training, capacity-building and awareness-raising initiatives, the group supports the continuous improvement of institutional policies and practices, fostering sustainable structural and cultural change across research organisations.
