The international project CAVITY, with participation from the Institute of Astrophysics of Andalusia (IAA-CSIC) and built from data obtained at the Calar Alto Observatory, has published its second public catalog with three-dimensional information on 200 galaxies. The first findings confirm that these solitary galaxies age more slowly, form stars for longer, contain younger stellar populations, and have a different chemical composition than the rest.
