The 17th Scientific Meeting of the Spanish Astronomical Society, with more than 560 participants and 400 scientific talks, concluded showcasing the excellent state of Spanish astronomy and its main scientific advances. The SEA General Assembly elected José Manuel Vílchez as the society’s new president for the next two years.
