Context And Mission

The AI Market and Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and assessing the competitive landscape within the AI industry. This role involves gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to inform strategic business decisions and support the organization's growth and innovation initiatives.

Key Duties

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of AI market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
- Evaluate business opportunities by analyzing market data, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI technologies and advancements to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Cooperate in the development of business plans and strategies based on market analysis and business intelligence.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to support their goals.

Requirements

Education
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in market analysis, business intelligence, or AI technologies will be valued.

Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in market analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience
- Understanding of product development processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in Spanish and other European languages would be advantageous Fluency in English is essential.

Conditions

- The position will be located at BSC within the Directors' Department
- We offer a full-time contract (37.5h/week), a good working environment, a highly stimulating environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, support to the relocation procedures
- Duration: 4 years
- Holidays: 23 paid vacation days plus 24th and 31st of December per our collective agreement
- Salary: we offer a competitive salary commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate and according to the cost of living in Barcelona
