Reporting to the Innovation and Business Development Director, the Health AI Market and Business Analyst will focus on building strong relationships with clients and business partners within the healthcare sector, specifically related to AI technologies. The ideal candidate will manage business opportunities and support the commercial growth of AI-driven healthcare solutions at BSC.
The funding for these actions/fellowships and contracts comes from the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility - Next Generation, within the framework of the General Invitation by the public business entity Red.es to participate in the talent attraction and retention programs within Investment 4 of Component 19 of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.

Key Duties
- Analyse Customer needs and Prepare Business offers.
- Conduct market research and analysis for BSC technologies, especially related to health.
- Keep updated on the registration of business opportunities to ensure sustainable exploitation of BSC Knowledge and Technology.
- Identify and close agreements with healthcare-focused businesses, fostering partnerships that leverage BSC's AI technologies.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of business clients, ensuring customer needs are met and solutions are provided.
- Support BSC’s Business clients, resolving issues and promoting strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Design and implement strategies for participation in industry-specific fairs, conferences, and events.
- Help research Groups of BSC with their relation with busineses .
- Maintain an updated register of business opportunities using CRM tools to ensure sustainable exploitation of BSC’s AI knowledge and technology.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or science.
Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business development or market analysis, preferably within a technology-driven or AI-focused organization.
- Demonstrated ability in research-to-business activities.
- Background within and understanding of Health Business sector.
Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and High-Performance Computing technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge research-to-business activities in the healthcare sector.
- Experience working with CRM tools and project management methodologies.

Conditions
- The position will be located at BSC within the Director's Office Department
- We offer a full-time contract (37.5h/week), a good working environment, a highly stimulating environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance
- Duration: 4 years
- Holidays: 23 paid vacation days plus 24th and 31st of December per our collective agreement
- Salary: 45.000 €
- Additional Expenses Grant: Each fellowship will be associated with a grant for additional expenses, such as IT equipment, travel, training, stays, etc.
