Junior Knowledge and Innovation Transfer Officer Position
The Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA-CSIC) is offering a two-year contract position as a Junior Innovation and Knowledge Transfer Officer within the EU Office of the Strategy and Impacts Unit at IDAEA-CSIC. This role is suited for an early-career professional looking to support the EU office’s strategic initiatives and assist with the transfer of IDAEA’s research outputs to societal and industrial applications.
The selected person will support the team by identifying research outputs with potential for knowledge transfer, assisting in expanding research activities, supporting research knowledge transfer activities, coordinating IDAEA’s memberships, among other tasks.
Requirements
The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, Pharmacy, or Physics. Relevant experience in innovation, knowledge transfer, or a supportive role within a research or industry setting is preferred.
Working conditions
Contract duration: 2 years, with the potential for extension based on performance and achievements in knowledge transfer initiatives
Estimated annual gross salary: 30,000 – 32,000€, commensurate with qualifications and experience
Target start date: February-March 2025
