The Centre for Plant Biotechnology and Genomics (CBGP-UPM-INIA/CSIC) welcomes the outcome of the negotiations between the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament regarding the Commission’s proposal for a regulation on new genomic techniques (NGTs).
