What We Are Looking for:
ISGlobal is seeking a Data Manager who is interested in day to day management, validation, harmonisation and exploitation of the cohort data in END-VOC. The overall project goal is to support the European and global response to the COVID-19 pandemic and VOCs by developing and pooling well characterised COVID-19 cohorts with sufficient genomic information worldwide and linking these with existing European and international initiatives.
The Data Manager will be responsible for setting-up and maintaining databases for cohort studies included in the END-VOC project, validating the data collected, and conducting statistical analyses under the supervision of the PIs.

Training and Experience /Qualifications:
Trained statistician or biomedical professional, preferably with experience in health statistics
Knowledge of Stata, R, RedCAp
Experience in processing and managing complex data
Experience in statistical analysis, preferably with STATA or R
Experience with database management and programming software
Be fluent in spoken and written English
