Strategic Cleanroom Capabilities Project Manager

Minimum Requirements You Must Meet:
The selected candidate should bring a balanced combination of management experience, strategic vision, and operational capability, ideally within complex scientific and technical environments. The ability to work cross-functionally with senior management, administration, technical staff, researchers, and external suppliers will be particularly valued. Key requirements include:
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in scientific, technological, industrial, or research infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of team organization, process analysis, and continuous improvement, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Demonstrated skills in change management, team support, and driving organizational transformation processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and foster collaboration across units with diverse profiles and objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills, with sensitivity to technical teams.
• Strategic vision combined with a strong operational focus, with the ability to monitor progress and pay attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking, synthesis skills, and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Education and Experience:
• University degree in engineering, sciences, project management, industrial organization, or related fields.
• Additional training in project management, human resources, process improvement, quality, or change management (considered an asset).
• Previous experience in research centers, laboratories, cleanrooms, ICTS (Unique Scientific and Technical Infrastructures), or highly regulated environments (highly valued).
• Knowledge or experience in administrative, budgetary, or funded project management (desirable).
• High level of Spanish and Catalan; English is desirable for interaction with suppliers, technical documentation, and international projects.
