Manager of Strategic Initiatives
The IN is an internationally recognised research centre dedicated to understanding brain function and diseases of the nervous system, that maintains the "Severo Ochoa" Centre of Excellence (SOCE) accreditation since 2014. Our multidisciplinary team has more than 300 people committed to advance neuroscience research in a dynamic and innovative environment in the attractive surroundings of the Mediterranean coast. We are now looking for a Manager of Strategic Initiatives, in particular the SOCE Strategic Plan.
Job-related responsibilities:
• Support to technical management activities related to the implementation of the strategic initiatives under the supervision of the Scientific Director of the project.
• Management and monitoring of the funds granted in the framework of the SOCE project, according to its planning, keeping an adequate record of all the expenses related to the activity.
• Preparation and presentation of justification reports and project audits.
• Any other administrative and/or financial management related to the project.
Evaluation criteria:
• A higher degree (Bachelor's degree) in the areas of action is required.
• Experience in research project management.
• English language qualification: B2 First or higher
• Organised, proactive and analytical person.
